Our Assist-Life Stage, Transition service at Purple Dove Care Services is designed to provide comprehensive support to individuals during important life transitions. Whether it’s moving into a new home, transitioning from school to work, or other significant life changes, our team of experienced and compassionate staff are here to help.
Our service includes a range of inclusions, such as:
Transition Planning: We can assist with developing a customized transition plan to help individuals and families navigate through the change.
Life Skills Coaching: Our staff can provide one-on-one coaching and training to help individuals develop important life skills such as budgeting, time management, and social skills.
Vocational Support: We offer support to individuals seeking employment or training opportunities, including assistance with job applications, resumes, and interview skills.
Housing Support: Our team can provide assistance with finding and securing suitable housing, as well as support with moving and settling in.
Social Support: We offer access to social activities and events to help individuals build social connections and maintain a healthy social life.
Emotional Support: Our staff are trained to provide emotional support and guidance to help individuals navigate through the ups and downs of life transitions.
